What you need to play
Netflix lists Monster Hunter Rise for Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad. A Netflix membership is required, and the game does not support offline play. Check the listing for your device and account before downloading.

Can you bring a Steam or console save?
No. Netflix’s save policy says progress from a version released by another publisher cannot transfer into its Netflix version. Treat the mobile release as a separate start, rather than buying or downloading it to continue a Steam or console character.
Netflix lists cloud saves for this game. When changing devices, use the same Netflix account and profile. Saves cannot be moved between Netflix profiles, and deleting a profile also removes its game saves. Avoid deleting or switching profiles to troubleshoot missing progress.
Android requirements are recommendations
The Google Play description recommends Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 or later and at least 8 GB RAM, with specifications labeled September 2026. It also says meeting the recommendation does not guarantee compatibility. The store’s compatibility result for your exact device is the useful final check.
What differs from the console and PC guides?
The mobile listing describes rebuilt touch controls, a Recovery Button for automatic use of healing/status items, and Challenge and Event Quests unlocked through progression. Nintendo Switch button prompts on other pages should not be followed as mobile controls.
