Restock through the Argosy
Visit Rondine at the Buddy Plaza, open Order Items, and send an available Buddy to trade for Parashroom. Complete quests, then collect the traded items from the special box when you return.
Parashroom and Sleep Herb are early trade-request items, listed from Village 1★/Hub 1★ progression. You do not need Master Rank to use this supply route.
Craft Tranq Bombs
In the Start Menu or at an Item Box, open Crafting List and choose Tranq Bomb.

Order Sleep Herbs as well if Tranq Bombs are your goal. Tinged Meat and Para Coating are different recipes and do not replace capture tranquilizers.
Auto-craft can help manage your preferred recipes, but it still needs the ingredients.
An early quest supplement
The Village 1★ quest Fungal Frustrations has Parashroom ×1 at 15% in its common reward table. Treat that as a chance to supplement your stock, rather than a guaranteed mushroom for every completion.
Check the Argosy box for Parashrooms, then confirm that crafting increases your Tranq Bomb stock before leaving on a capture hunt.
